Get on board, you guys. Get. On. Board.
So I wrote a post about Rag and Bone jeans being totally and completely magical, right? (Peep it HERE)
Well, since then I've been looking around for another brand of jeans that was a bit more affordable yet still dope.
I fuckin found em. One of my girlfriends mentioned how good Madewell jeans are to me a while ago and I kinda tucked it in the back of my brain because Madewell is so not my style. It's just so preppy, so going in there I felt completely out of place. But, I'm happy to say I braved the blue doors and went in and tried on, to the annoyance of the sales associate, 4 different styles of jeans in two different sizes. The ones that fit, I loved 👏🏼 them 👏🏼 all 👏🏼 .
Because I'm supposed to be on a spending diet (whoops) I only bought one pair which are these boyfriend, raw edge jeans:
And if you've been following along le blog, you know your girl has been looking for a pair of cropped, raw edge jeans for quite some time now. (Peep that blog post HERE). However, I needed a pair of boyfriend jeans ("need", I know, I know) so that is how I justified this purchase. PS I'm wearing them today and they're so comfortable and I feel pretty effing cool.
Here are a few others that I have my eye on:
These 10 in high rise create a waist and I love the button detail and the destroyed hem.
And then these below take all the elements I love and put them into one jean; cropped, raw hem, demi bootcut (which I'm VERY into recently) that button up fly and the 10 in high rise waist-maker:
Oh and also the best part; they're like 100 bucks less than the average price of the Rag and Bone ones. Madewell jeans run around 130-ish.
OH!! And another best part! They run large so buy I bought a size down. This of course, made me feel super skinny so I treated myself to Chik-fil-A.
