If you're reading this blog, I can assume that fashion at least slightly interests you which means I'm going to assume that you either own a pair of faux leather/leather pants, have wanted a pair, or at the very minimum, have seen them worn. (If you've answered no to the above...not to be rude but what exactly interests you about this blog?)
A faux leather or real leather pant, while I truly believe will always be in style for fall/winter because they're just so easy to wear and a fresh change from a jean or a black pant, can do for some updating.
Enter, Vinyl. (Omg you guys, try to type "vinyl". It's harder than I thought it would be.)
A pant, a midi skirt, a mini skirt...it's just so new and cool looking. And because it's vinyl (omg again, typed at a glacial pace!) is bound to be super affordable.
Here are some pieces I have in my asos.com cart:
I love that these are high waisted and relaxed fit/mom jean style:
The dark green and the ruffle on this skirt, YUP:
Kinda digging the zipper pull on these:
Are you kidding me with that cute ass bow, tho:
I love this midi length skirt:
Two things:
1. I don't love the look of vinyl in a jacket. For whatever reason, it looks cheap to me. See?

But worn on the bottom, I think it can look expensive. Weird how that is.
2. Unless you have a thigh gap that is a foot wide, these will most likely be the noisiest pant you will ever wear.
But, who cares right? March on, Brave One. I'll be right behind you with my own vinyl pants and you'll hear from coming from a mile away.
