So now that it's gone from 45 degrees to 96 degrees in the span of 3 hours (thanks for "spring", Mid Atlantic!) one of my besties texted me, "Need summer comfy shoes that look cute that are between a flip flop and a fancy strappy sandal."

Mission accepted.

I've rounded up some of my go to styles that I live for in the spring/summer and can easily transition into the fall.

So ok, technically an espadrille isn't a sandal but the rope detail and the shape and the color just scream spring/summer to me. With a faded jean and the perfect tee? Yup.

I love this sweet little tan suede slide. The bow detail is adorable but the suede keeps it from being too girly. I also really like the detail on the outer edge of the sole. Thoughtful and looks expensive:

These are basically a straight rip off of the Hermes Oran sandals but I'm ok with it because hi the Orans are 740 bucks:

And I love the boho chic vibe of these:

You'll see a common theme with these style of shoes is how easy they are to get in and out of. An ankle tie, a buckle, a strap...anything that requires me to mess with it, is something I'm less inclined to wear. I'm high maintanence, don't get me wrong, but there are just some things I don't want to spend time on. Putting my shoes on should take no less than .3 seconds.

So tell me, are you loving the slide look too?

HMJ, which ones did you buy??
