My Everyday Makeup Routine- Le Round Up

Of course, right as the summer is ending, I've finally figured out the exact combination of makeup that I am loving that makes my skin look and feel super hydrated and not cakey. Unfortunately as the weather turns colder and therefore drier, I'll have to make some tweaks to my makeup routine (add in a layer of oil patted into the skin, add in a dewy hydrating spray throughout the day, etc.) But for now, here are the products I'm using/liking/loving for my everyday face. (As you may know, I am a product junkie so I use many; this routine isn't exact low maintanence. But it's not insane either as this takes me about 15 minutes. Skincare is another 2-3 minutes but that's another post.)

After skincare:

Lancome Skin Feels Good Foundation applied with my finger tips (read about it HERE. Spoiler alert: I love it)

Tatcha Pearl Under Eye Illuminator applied with my finger and patted in. Read more about it HERE.

Hourglass Hidden Corrective Concealer, patted in with finger tips (applied sparingly in the inner corner of my eyes. I prefer less product under my eyes to avoid dryness, cakey-ness or settling in fine lines, which is inevitable if you pack on product under your eyes) Read more about my love for this concealer HERE.

Clarins Concealer around nose and mouth, where I tend to get redness. Applied with finger tips. Read more about Clarins HERE. I use the Clarins in addition to the Hourglass because the Clarins is darker (I prefer a lighter concealer under my eyes to brighten).

Glossier Boy Brow has totally changed my outlook on my brows. I use to loathe doing them but did them everyday so now it's so easy to comb through them with this product. And if you think other brow gels on the market are the same, you're wrong. Read more about Boy Brow HERE.

Milk Makeup Cream Bronzer in Blaze: so blend-able and the color is perfect to warm up your face. Applied directly from the stick and blended in with a bronzer brush. (read more about the bronzer HERE)

Glossier Wowder: I felt pretty neutral about this powder in the beginning but as I've used it more, I've loved it more. There's something about the way that it really melts into your skin and doesn't give the appearance of matte skin but it still sets my makeup in place (personally, I do not like matte anything.) I apply this with a big fluffy brush and only in my t-zone and under my eyes. (Get the powder, don't bother with the brush):

Clarins Cream to Powder Blush, applied with my fingertips.

Any powder bronzer used as eye shadow to subtly define my eyes (I use Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer but you absolutely don't need to purchase it. Any powder bronzer should work for this.) Applied using a fluffy eye shadow brush like this one below. The one I use is from Mac but I'm not going to link it because you can find a dupe really easily. Here is from from ELF for 3 bucks.

Maybelline The Skinny Eyeliner to tightline (read more about why I tightline HERE)

L'Oreal Paradise Mascara (this is the best drug store mascara on the market, IMO. Diorshow is a little better but it's more difficult to remove plus, it's 5 times the price of L'Oreal Paradise.)

Lips: I'm trying this thing where I'm trying to use up my lip products before I buy more. (I've never had a more proud moment than when I finished THREE lip glosses yesterday and threw them out.)

So right now, I'm digging:

Brave by MAC (thanks to my bb Paige for introducing this pinky/plummy cool toned nude into my life that works so good with her fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes and also compliments my medium skin tone, my dark hair and dark eyes.

Also still digging my Bobbie Brown lipstick in Blush, a neutral pinky brown that has a subtle shimmer and it's the most comfortable lipstick to wear (my second tube, which is wild because I don't think I've ever repurchased a tube of lipstick before in my life):

Admittedly this sounds like a lot but I've perfected the everyday makeup application and it really does only take me 15 minutes. Some might think that's too long, which, no worries, do you. But for me, this is time I take for myself to feel polished and presentable without looking like I'm going to the klerb.

So tell me everything. Do you use as many products? How long does it take you to do your makeup when you're going for an everyday look?
