Recently I got the itch to redecorate the first level of my house. Sounds like a big task, no? No, actually because I live in a tiny Baltimore rowhome. Which is great because redo-ing the space doesn't overwhelm me. I wish I had a pic of how it used to look before. Think lots of beige furniture; beige sectional, brown leather tufted ottoman (barf), beige rug. In the immortal words of Mr. Big: Beige...is bullshit. So little by little, as it comes together, I'm gonna show you my humble digs. I give you, the "dining room" ie corner of the front room of the first floor:

(Introducing my soaking wet dog, Charlie who just got a bath and was furious with me and refused to move while I took this picture.)

See those cute little stools against the wall? They serve as a place for us to put our bags because again, lack of space, but the idea is to bring the dining table out and place the stools on each side for additional seating. Like dis:

CAN 👏🏼 WE 👏🏼DIS👏🏼CUSS👏🏼 those cute ass leaf placemats. Find them here. I stack the other ones on top of them when it's just me and Alex eating.

Chairs are Ikea (I know, right??)

Sheepskin rugs, also Ikea.

Stools are Safavieh

Cowhide rug is from ebay

Table is West Elm
