My Fave Workout App

Ok so I belong to a gym, right? They have a couple of really good classes (vinyasa flow yoga on Mondays, High Intensity Interval Training on Tuesdays and Fridays they have TRX. Ouch) but in between I have to find 1-2 other workouts that I can do in 30 minutes that won't bore me to tears. Enter, Instant Abs.

Here are a couple of screen shots to give you an idea of the type of workouts and it gives you for free.

Then you click on Workouts and you get these:

The numbers on the column in the right are how long each workout is. I choose different ones depending on how much time I have/how lazy I am.

Then you start the workout and this swol asian dude tells you how to do each work out, does it with you, counts for you and you can even play your own music and you can still hear him count.

I sprung for the $9.99 upgrade within the app (omg I know right, I've never spent that much on a premium upgrade it was almost painful.) It was worth it though, because I get access to way more workouts that are full body, not just abs.

I always have to force myself to cardio (booooooring) so these sculpting exercises are perfect for me because I still sweat like a man but I'm not bored to tears while working out.

Confession time: I read about this app because Kendall Jenner mentioned in a New York Mag's style section (The Cut) about how she uses this app and her abs always hurt the next day. I KNOW I'm SORRY. *hangs head in shame*
