Tony Bianco: Why He's My New Boyfriend

I was recently searching for a pair of leather booties to add to my Christmas wish list and came across Tony Bianco's shoes. While I was familiar with the brand, I never really sought them out for whatever reason. When I did some googling, I was kinda of kicking myself because his shoes are really good- and way more affordable than say, Tamara Mellon or Stuart Weitzman.

I don't know a ton about this Australian designer other than the reviews are good online and he uses both real and synthetic materials. He's pretty trendy also has a few more classic pieces.

Ok so let's start with what I put on my wish list:

I've stayed away from wearing black booties recently because I feel like they're just so played out; everyone has a pair. That said, I've recently realized that it's a bit difficult to dress in the fall and winter without a black bootie because they're just to easy to wear. So: Everyone Else: 1, Andrea: 0. I searched high and low and found these and I love them. The pointed toe and the detailing of the charcoal hardware makes them really unique and the heel is the perfect height. I also really like the lack of a zipper. Lately I've really been turned off by boots that have a zipper.

That said, not all of the styles on the Tony Bianco website are available in the states and shipping to where I live costs 23 bucks because they're being shipping from Australia. 😬 So, moving forward I'm just gonna link ones that I found available on Nordstrom because paying 23 bucks for shipping for most people is physically painful.

Ugh I LOVE THESE. They can turn a basic all black outfit into something real special, guys.

I was deciding between these studded beauts and the ones and the first pair I linked. I love the toe and the studs are so on trend; very Alexander Wang. I ended up choosing the first pair because I just can't pass up a good pull on tab. #Details4Lyfe

These loafers are so chic I want to cry. I love that leather strap.

Obvi I have to include a thigh high heeled boot. But so many other brands have made this, it's not especially unique. Including it to how you guys how he rolls.

He gives pretty good sock boot, too. I like this pair especially because it has a block heel, rather than a stiletto like the Balenciaga ones.

So what are your thoughts? Are you as into him as I am??
