Gap's Outerwear Collection, Tho

So my best, Liz, recently told me about how Gap has this incredible outerwear collection and I needed to check it out in person asap. I kind of didn't believe her (because hi, it's Gap and Gap is nice and all but I go there for basics and that's kind of it) but then she and I hung out recently and she was wearing this dope black faux fur jacket that I was totally coveting and she goes, "I TOLD you Gap has good outwear." So then I believed her and will never doubt her again.

During the same shopping trip in which I discovered Abercrombie's sweaters (see previous post) I walked into Gap because they too were having a 50% off store wide sale. And I of course wanted to stalk the outwear collection Liz kept talking about. And no joke; I don't know if Gap has hired a new designer or what but their shit is GOOD.

Behold, some of my favorites (especially after being able to touch and feel them. The quality is so so good for the price point):

This striped number for $168 bucks (but ps, Gap is ALWAYS having a sale so keep an eye out and you could get these really discounted)

I LOVE this military trench for less than $100 bucks! ($98, to be exact):
