Recent Zara Buys for Fall

Guys. I am OVER this heat. I realize it's going to be hot for another month or so, but Christ, this the heat+ humidity is ON ANOTHER LEVEL. So of course what else am I supposed to to to combat this heat than prepare for fall?

I've been keeping some stuff in my Zara cart for a while, checking back again and again to make sure the items I REALLY wanted didn't sell out. And finally I had enough of that BS so I clicked purchase on a few pieces that you will for sure be seeing me wear over and over again when it gets cold.

So, I've come to realize that I have enough jeans. (Well, "enough" because I have my eye on a pair of Levi's Wedgie fit but that's another post) But what I don't have a lot of are skirts, especially skirts to wear in the fall and winter. Enter this knitted skirt from Zara.

It has a folded down top that is sewn down so it stays down and the quality is SO GOOD. It's really heavy and will be totally wearable with boots even when it's super cold out. And it's super flattering. The length and the slit and the knitted fabric is heaven.

Additionally, I've been keeping an eye out for a pair of thigh high boots but ones that are actually comfortable to wear (my other ones are suede and they're absolutely gorgeous but they pinch my feet so badly I can only wear them for a couple hours at a time.) And I found these:

The pointed toe, the mid heel height and the metallic look of the heel is so Celine. Also they fit perfectly to my leg/ankle as they are a scuba suit material. Plus they are SO comfortable. I will be living in these.

Then I couldn't resist getting another pair of boots, this time ankle height:

These are a different fabric, more of a knitted material but they also have the metallic heel (doesn't show in the pic but they do). The height of the heel is perfect and they're crazy comfortable.

Lastly, because I love a hoodie, I bought this cropped black one. Just so easy to throw on but it has a different vibe because it's cropped. Will probably get it in gray too, TBH.
