Moon Boots and Why I Love Them

I recently got a pair of duck boots because I needed a new pair of warm snow boots. And they're super utilitarian, meaning they're practical and do what they're supposed to...but they're not a boot that I wear and feel super cool in. They're not unique and they're really outdoorsy, which I...am not.

If I was more of a snow bunny who skied and apres'd (verb for someone who participates in apres ski, which omg from the looks of those google images, I really should be learning how to ski JUST SO I can apres) I would 1000% purchase a pair of moon boots because they are just so cool:

She is just so *on*. And she's wearing the Moon Boots I linked above...and they're like, 100 bucks! (I might have to get a pair now that I see they're not over the top expensive.) I was going to try and link other photos of bloggers wearing moon boots but like, why. That photo should be enough.
