Trend Watch: The Kitten Heel Mule

Let me just cut right to the chase. I have lived my entire life HATING kitten heels. Something about how tiny and ineffective they are, quite honestly, (and inexplicably) enrages me. They're TOO lady like, too small and I just hate them.

Until...

I saw them on a mule.

And then I fell in love.

They're just so chic AND not to mention, easy to wear. You know me and effortless looks, right? I've been shying away from buckles and straps on my shoes for a while now. I want to slip them on and roll tf out of my house.

Ok, don't believe me? Look:

Right?! I especially love how they look paired with a trouser and a mom jean.

And I gotta tell you. It's a good thing I went to Target recently to get some dog treats or else I wouldn't have happened upon this super cute and surprisingly good quality pair of kitten heel mules from the Target x Who What Wear Collection:

I love that they used grosgrain fabric as opposed to a faux leather- this allows them to look way more expensive than they really are. And I love the cut. And of course, they're super comfortable.
