Cle de Peau Concealer Dupe

I've never actually mentioned my Cle De Peau concealer on le blog because frankly, it's so cost prohibitive at $70. (I know, right). I purchased it with a gift card a while back to see what all the fuss was about and honestly, there's a reason why it has such a cult following. It's effing beautiful :

Not just beautiful in it's heavy, luxe packaging, but beautiful in that it really just MELTS into your skin. It's traceless but also somehow provides incredible and full coverage.

But, I never mention it because I can't in my right mind, tell you guys that you should spend 70 bucks on a concealer. I don't care how amazing it is. So I've been using other ones that I like, some that I love, but none as much as my Cle De Peau.

I was recently out shopping with my mom and we were impulse buying after a couple of wines, and we went into Blue Mercury.  I really love that store but I rarely shop there because there aren't any really close to me. I passed by the Hourglass section and was playing around with their foundation sticks (I'd heard great things about them, but I'm not in the market for a new foundation right now.) Then right next to the foundation sticks, I saw they also had concealers. I assume it's a relatively new launch because I'd never seen them before. Definitely not in Sephora and I hadn't heard anyone talk about them. So I swatched and I found my color and bought it, because I'm digging the last of my Cle de Peau concealer out with a q tip. They looked and felt similar so I gave it a shot.

I used it the next day with my Lancome Skin Feels Good Foundation (read about that blog post HERE) and you guys. It is the dreamiest combination and I can say with certainty, this Hourglass concealer is an absolute dupe for the Cle De Peau one. And it's half the price at $34.

If their stick stick foundation is as good as their concealer, I know what I'm purchasing when I run of out of my Josie Maran Argan Foundation cause DAMN.

So tell me. Have you guys tried any of Hourglass' skin products? The foundation stick or this concealer? What did you think?
