Updated Skincare Routine: Daytime

Last post I went through my updated everyday makeup routine so I figured I'd go ahead and share my updated day and night skincare routine, too. I figured I'd start with day and next post will be nighttime. Because your girl is always looking for the next best thing, I rarely repurchase skincare products so the products in my routines change pretty often. I also think that the efficacy of a product can plateau so it gives me a great excuse to try new products.
Day time:
Cleanse face with Cerave Hydrating Cleanser. I only use this in the morning because it is not meant for makeup removal and doesn't deep clean. However, I don't need a deep clean in the morning; I'm just rinsing off my night time serums and creams and sweat from the gym so this Cerave cleanser is perfect. It doesn't make my skin feel tight and dry after I use it like other facial cleansers, especially ones that foam:

Spritz of Caudalie Grape Water is next, to allow my skincare following to absorb better. When you have moisture on your face, your pores are open which allow for serums to absorb better. Do I absolutely love this? I'm neutral. I think I'll just bring some of my Misscha essence in a travel bottle and use that when I am done with this bottle of Caudalie:
Estee Lauder Dark Spot Correcting Night Serum (I am just now realizing that I should be using this at night, but whatever.) I don't know if I like this yet. I'm about a third of the way through the bottle and I'm not seeing a ton of difference in my sun spots being lightened. I'll keep you guys posted. Once I'm done with this bottle, I'm going to buy the Origins one I know works. (Read about that post HERE)
Sunday Riley C.E.O. C + E antiOXIDANT Protect + Repair Moisturizer is next. I love it. My dry skin drinks this up but it is a thicker cream, so if you have oily skin and are looking for something that absorbs quickly, this isn't it. But if you have dry skin *and* want an added extra of Vitamin C to help with pigmentation, fine lines and texture, I highly recommend this one. Read more about it HERE:

Last step before makeup- SPF ALWAYS. I've been using the Replenix SPF 50. I love that it's not just an SPF but it also has skincare ingredients as well. I bought this bottle in January of this year and I still have a couple weeks of product left, so it's a good bang for your buck, too:

A bonus-because-I'm- extra step: Throughout the day, since my office has large windows and sun comes through, I refresh my face and pack on more SPF with SuperGoop's Defense Refresh Setting Mist. I also take this with me when I'm out and about on the weekends so I'm being really consistent with sun protection.

From start to finish, this takes me no more than 3 minutes. If I feel like it, I spend a couple more minutes giving myself a facial massage on the moisturizer step.
So tell me- what does your am skincare routine look like? Do you do more or less??
